Unfortunately the family have recently pulled through a bad experience with Covid having got it which literally put us on the back foot for 3 weeks and with a longer recovery then normal we are just starting to get back to emails.
We must apologise for those who have emailed and had no response, we are working our way through them now so please expect a reply within the next week. Especially those who have been booked in and have been reshuffled, again we are working to get back to normal, please remember we are only a small family business.
We do not have a large customer service base, we are a family business. The person on the emails is the person on site carrying out the work.
