Borehole filtration Installation
Last week we installed filtration to make a borehole water supply safe to drink. The filtration system comprised of an Ultra Violet filtration system and a sediment filter. We specified the filtration based on the water test results which we took.
Well Restoration and lighting
We installed a well pump, light and cleaned the well. The video shows the after we had completed the works and also at the end I have tried to best record the lighting system which is a remote controlled, multi-coloured light. There will be glass installed to the top of the well when complete.
Breaking open a concrete well cap
Finally got through the foot thick concrete which had been sat on top of the well for many years. It was great to see the wood still in place and the rsj’s looking in good shape. The well is flint lined and and is almost 40 meters deep. It looks in fantastic condition.
Very Old Belt Driven Well Pump

Before and after hidden hand dug brick well
Hidden for more then 50 years this hand dug brick lined well was hidden under a concrete slab for many years. We finally opened it up last week and the client is extremely happy with this very beautiful well. It is 16 meters deep so has plenty of water in it. here is some before

Today we will reveal a well that has laid hidden for many years and covered with concrete. The concrete is almost 1 foot thick. The well is flint lined and 40 meters deep. We will be doing a video inspection once we have uncovered the well. Once all is complete we will be installing water
